Unlike most NA wines, they have never gone through the fermentation process, which drastically affects the taste. This is why we use dealcoholized wine, which is essentially wine as you know it, with the alcohol removed at the end of the process, making for a much better flavor profile. Every bottle of Rounded Corners starts with grapes from premier vineyards, which are turned into premium wine by Sonoma Valley winemakers, ready for market. To ensure quality, we use only Very Low Temperature Vacuum Distillation technologies to remove alcohol. This method enables the highly selective and virtually total capture of completely undamaged, fragile aroma/flavor compounds, and then alcohol as necessary, from any liquid.
